- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマー外層とポリマー中間層と熱溶着可能な内層とからなる非剥離性多層フ ィルムであって、 少なくとも一層の接合層は、 ポリプロピレンホモポリマーおよびポリプロピレンコポリマーの少なくとも一方 からなる混合物とポリプロピレン化合物との少なくとも一方、 ならびに熱可塑材およびポリイソブチレンの少なくとも一方から構成され、 隣接する内層は、 少なくとも一つの熱可塑性エラストマーを含む、ポリプロピレンホモポリマーお よびポリプロピレンコポリマーの少なくとも一方からなるプロピレン化合物で構 成される、 ことを特徴とする非剥離性多層フィルム 2.少なくとも一つの熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレンブロックコポリマー(SEP S、SIS)SEBS、SBSのようなTPE−S)、ポリエーテルエステル(TPE−E)、ポリウレ タン(TPE−U)、ポリエーテルアミド(TPE−A)からなる群からか、またはEPDM/PP 混合物からなる群からか、またはブチルラバー/PP混合物からなる群から、選択 されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の多層フィルム。 3.前記外層が、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド66、ポリアミド610、ポリアミド6/66 、ポリアミド66/610、芳香族ポリアミド、またはそれら材料の混合物から、ポ リプロピレンホモポリマーと同様に選択されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜2のい ずれか1項記載の多層フィルム。 4.前記外層が、65〜95重量%の芳香族ポリアミドとポリアミド66との混合物を含 むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の多層フィルム。 5.前記ポリアミド66は、少なくとも200の粘度数(DIN53727/硫酸による)を有す るポリアミドであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の多層フィルム。 6.少なくとも一つの外層が、酸素または二酸化炭素の少なくとも一方に対するバ リアー効果を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の多層フ ィルム。 7.外層に隣接する前記層が、ポリプロピレン/ポリアミドのための接着促進剤を 有する群から選択されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の多 層フィルム。 8.前記接合層および前記溶着可能な内層が、ポリプロピレンコポリマーとTPE−S (好ましくは、10〜50重量%の割合のSEBS)との混合物を含むことを特徴とする請 求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。 9.前記接合層を構成する化合物が、可塑剤および処理促進剤の少なくとも一方を さらに有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の多層フィルム。 10.前記ポリプロピレンホモポリマーが核発生剤をさらに含有することを特徴と する請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。 11.多層フィルムが、熱殺菌可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか 1項に記載の多層フィルム。 12.前記多層フィルムの厚さが、100〜350μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜 11のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。 13.温度の影響により前記外層よりも先に内側フィルムが溶融するように、外側 フィルムから内側フィルムに向ってフィルム層に融点の温度勾配があることを特 徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルム。 14.多層フィルムの少なくとも2層を共有押出し成形することを特徴とする請求項 1〜1 3のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムの製造方法。 15.共有押出し成形を、トップからボトムまで行い、続いて冷却することを特徴 とする請求項14記載の多層フィルムの製造方法。 16.冷却が、水浴中に共有押出し成形することによって行われることを特徴とす る請求項15記載の多層フィルムの製造方法。 17.共有押出し成形される層群が、チューブまたはフラットなストリップの形態 で押出し成形されることを特徴とする請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の多層 フィルムの製造方法。 18.チューブの形態で、かつ望ましくは平坦化したチューブの幅がこれから後に 製造する袋の幅と同じ幅となる形態で、材料を押出し成形することを特徴とする 請求項17記載の多層フィルムの製造方法。 19.外層がラミネートによって貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項14〜18の いずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムの製造方法。 20.請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の多層フィルムをパッケージ材料とする使 用方法。 21.ワイン、フリーズドライコーヒー、スープ、ジャムおよび冷凍食品等の食品 をパッケージするための材料として使用することを特徴とする請求項20記載の使 用方法。 22.生理食塩水、アミノ酸溶液、透析液、血液代用剤、血液などの医療用流体お よび溶液のために使用することを特徴とする請求項20記載の使用方法。 23.前記以外の液体またはペースト状製品に利用する袋を構成するものとして使 用す ることを特徴とする請求項20〜22のいずれか1項に記載の使用方法。
