Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動エアバッグ受動制止システムを膨らませるために有用なガス発生組成物 であって、グアニジン硝酸塩、アミノグアニジン硝酸塩、ニトログアニジン、ニ トロアミノグアニジン、ジアミノグアニジン硝酸塩、グアニジン過塩素酸塩およ びグアニジンピクリン酸塩からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つの高窒素非ア ジド成分を燃料として含む、前記ガス発生組成物。 2.燃料が高窒素置換グアニジンを含む、請求項1記載のガス発生組成物。 3.燃料がガス発生組成物の5−85重量%の濃度で用いられる、請求項1記載の ガス発生組成物。 4.燃料がテトラゾール、トリアゾールおよびトリアジンからなるクラスから選 ばれる高窒素非アジドをさらに含む、請求項3記載のガス発生組成物。 5.テトラゾールが非置換1H−テトラゾール、5−アミノテトラゾール、5,5'− ビテトラゾール、テトラゾールの金属塩またはジグアニジニウム−5,5'−アゾテ トラゾール塩である、請求項4記載のガス発生組成物。 6.トリアジンがシアヌル酸ヒドラジド(2,4,6−トリヒドラジノ−s−トリアジ ン)またはメラミン(2,4,6−トリアミノ−s−トリアジン)である、請求項4 記載のガス発生組成物。 7.トリアゾールがニトロアミノトリアゾールまたは3−ニトロ−1,2,4−トリア ゾール−5−オンである、請求項4記載のガス発生組成物。 8.燃料が加えてヒドラゾビカルバミド、5−ニトロバルビツール酸または3− ニトロアミノ−4−ニトロフラザンをさらに含む、請求項3記載のガス発生剤。 9.非アジド燃料が全燃料組成物の10−80重量%の濃度で用いられる、請求項4 記載のガス発生剤。 10.燃料がガス発生剤の10−85重量%の酸化剤と組み合わされる、請求項1記載 のガス発生剤。 11.酸化剤がアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属または遷移金属の硝酸塩、亜硝酸 塩、塩素酸塩、亜塩素酸塩、過塩素酸塩、クロム酸塩またはそれらの混合物であ る、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 12.酸化剤が硝酸ストロンチウムである、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 13.燃料が窒素置換グアニジンおよび5−アミノテトラゾールの組み合わせであ る、請求項11記載のガス発生剤。 14.窒素置換グアニジンがニトログアニジン、グアニジン硝酸塩、ニトロアミノ グアニジン、グアニジン過塩素酸塩、グアニジンピクリン酸塩またはそれらの混 合物であって、該窒素置換グアニジンがガス発生剤の75重量%までの濃度で用い られる、請求項13記載のガス発生剤。 15.酸化剤および燃料に加えて、全ガス発生剤のO.1−25重量%の濃度で衝撃改 変剤を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 16.衝撃改変剤がシアノグアニジン;シアノグアニジンのアルカリ金属;アルカ リ土類金属、遷移金属、グアニジンまたはトリアミノグアニジン塩;ニトログア ニジン;またはそれらの混合物である、請求項15記載のガス発生剤。 17.衝撃改変剤が金属オキシド、金属ハライド、金属スルフィド、金属クロム塩 および硫黄元素であって、該金属が元素周期律表のグループ4−12から選ばれる 、請求項15記載のガス発生剤。 18.衝撃改変剤が元素周期律表のグループ4−12の金属のメタロセンおよびキレ ートからなる群から選ばれる有機金属化合物である、請求項15記載のガス発生剤 。 19.衝撃改変剤がアルカリ金属ボロヒドリド、アルカリ土類金属ボロヒドリド、 グアニジンボロヒドリドまたはトリアミノグアニジンボロヒドリドである、請求 項15記載のガス発生剤。 20.ガス発生剤が全ガス発生組成物の0.1−10重量%の濃度でスラグ形成剤を含 む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 21.スラグ形成剤がライム、ホウケイ酸塩、バイコールグラス、ベントナイト粘 土、シリカ、アルミナ、ケイ酸塩、アルミン酸塩、遷移金属オキシドおよびそれ らの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項20記載のガス発生剤。 22.ガス発生剤がテトラゾール、ビテトラゾールおよびトリアゾールのアルカリ 金属、アルカリ土類金属および遷移金属の塩、および遷移金属オキシド、グアニ ジン硝酸塩、ニトログアニジンまたはそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる触 媒を全ガス発生剤の0.1−20重量%含む、請求項10記載のガス発生 剤。 23.ガス発生剤がアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属および遷移金属の硝酸塩、亜 硝酸塩、塩素酸塩、亜塩素酸塩、過塩素酸塩、クロム酸塩、スルフィド、オキシ ドおよびパーオキシドからなる群から選ばれる酸化剤であって、該酸化剤がガス 発生剤の10−85重量%の濃度で用いられる、請求項4記載のガス発生剤。 24.ガス発生剤がライム、ホウケイ酸塩、バイコールグラス、ベントナイト粘土 、シリカ、アルミナ、ケイ酸塩、アルミン酸塩、遷移金属オキシドおよびそれら の混合物からなるクラスから選ばれるスラグ形成剤をガス発生剤の0.1−20重量 %含む、請求項23記載のガス発生剤。 25.ガス発生剤の0.1−20重量%の濃度で用いられる細かく分けられた元素状の 硫黄、ホウ素、カーボンブラック、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、チタニウム、 ジルコニウムおよびハフニウム、遷移金属ヒドリド、遷移金属スルフィドおよび それらの混合物からなるクラスから選ばれる点火助剤を含む、請求項23記載のガ ス発生組成物。 26.ガス発生剤が二硫化モリブデン、グラファイト、窒化ホウ素、スレアリン酸 のアルカリ土類金属および遷移金属の塩、ポリエチレングリコール、ラクトース 、ポリアセタール、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルアルコール 、フルオロポリマー、パラフィン、シリコンワックスおよびそれらの混合物から なるクラスから選ばれる加工助剤をガス発生剤の0.1−15重量%含む、請求項23 記載のガス発生剤。 27.5−アミノテトラゾール、グアニジン硝酸塩および硝酸ストロンチウムの混 合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 28.5−アミノテトラゾール、ニトログアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混 合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 29.5−アミノテトラゾール、ニトロアミノグアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウ の混合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 30.グアニジン硝酸塩および硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物を含む、請求項10記載 のガス発生剤。 31.ニトログアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物を含む、請求項10記載 のガス発生剤。 32.ニトログアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物と細かく分けられた元 素状の硫黄からなる衝撃改変剤とを含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 33.ニトロアミノグアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物を含む、請求項 10記載のガス発生剤。 34.グアニジン硝酸塩、ニトログアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物を 含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 35.グアニジン硝酸塩、ニトロアミノグアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混 合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 36.ニトログアニジン、ニトロアミノグアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混 合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 37.5−アミノテトラゾール、グアニジン硝酸塩、ニトログアニジンおよび硝酸 ストロンチウムの混合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 38. 5−アミノテトラゾール、グアニジン硝酸塩、ニトログアニジン、ニトロ アミノグアニジンおよび硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物を含む、請求項10記載のガ ス発生剤。 39.5−アミノテトラゾール、ニトログアニジン、ニトロアミノグアニジンおよ び硝酸ストロンチウムの混合物を含む、請求項10記載のガス発生剤。 40.テトラゾールがジアンモニウムビテトラゾールである、請求項4記載のガス 発生組成物。 41.燃料として2,4,6−トリヒドラジノ−s−トリアジンを含む自動エアバッグ を膨らませるために有用な、請求項6記載のガス発生組成物。 42.燃料がガス発生組成物の10−85重量%の濃度で用いられる、請求項41記載の ガス発生組成物。 43.燃料がガス発生剤の10−85重量%の酸化剤と組み合わされている、請求項42 記載のガス発生剤。 44.酸化剤がアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属または遷移金属の硝酸塩、亜硝酸 塩、塩素酸塩、亜塩素酸塩、過塩素酸塩、クロム酸塩、オキシド、スルフィド またはそれらの混合物である、請求項43記載のガス発生組成物。 45.衝撃改変剤がガス発生組成物の0.01−20重量%の濃度で用いられる、請求項 32記載のガス発生組成物。 46.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項27記載のガス発生組成物。 47.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項28記載のガス発生組成物。 48.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項29記載のガス発生組成物。 49.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項30記載のガス発生組成物。 50.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項31記載のガス発生組成物。 51.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項33記載のガス発生組成物。 52.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項34記載のガス発生組成物。 53.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項35記載のガス発生組成物。 54.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項36記載のガス発生組成物。 55.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項37記載のガス発生組成物。 56.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項38記載のガス発生組成物。 57.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項39記載のガス発生組成物。 58.細かく分けられた元素状の硫黄を含む、請求項40記載のガス発生組成物。 59.衝撃改変剤がガス発生剤の0.01−20重量%の濃度で用いられる、請求項44記 載のガス発生組成物。 60.衝撃改変剤がニトログアニジンである、請求項15記載のガス発生組成物。
