Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 殊に自動車の液力式のブレーキ装置のための電磁操作式の弁(10)で あって、 −圧力媒体入口(26)と圧力媒体出口(33)との間に座弁(53)を設けて あり、 −座弁(53)が閉鎖部分(37)及び中空円錐形の弁座(28)を有しており 、該弁座の中央に、圧力媒体入口(26)と接続して弁座のシール直径(D2) にほぼ相応する直径(D1)の流入孔(29)が開口しており、 −閉鎖部分(37)がシャープエッジな移行部を以て押し棒(20)の端面に形 成されており、 −押し棒(20)に、閉鎖方向で座弁(53)に作用するマグネット可動子(1 9)及び少なくとも間接的に開放方向で作用する戻しばね(23)が係合してお り、 −マグネット可動子(19)が弁ドーム(14)内に配置されており、弁ドーム が圧力媒体を導くように圧力媒体出口(33)に接続されており、 −押し棒(20)が閉鎖部分(37)から延びる縦孔(42)を有しており、該 縦孔内に、少なくとも間接的に弁ドーム(14)の壁に支えられて長手方向運動 可能なピン(46)がほぼ圧密に受容されており、該ピンの横断面が少なくとも ほぼ流入孔(29)の横断 面に相応している形式のものにおいて、 −弁座(28)の円錐角(α)が最大90°であり、 −閉鎖部分(37)が球台の形を有しており、 −戻しばね(23)によって閉鎖部分(37)に作用する力(FF)が、弁開放 行程(h)の増大に伴って単調に降下する経過を有しており、 −弁(10)の磁気回路は、マグネット可動子(19)に作用せしめられて閉鎖 部分(37)に伝達される磁力(FM)が弁開放行程(h)の増大に伴って単調 に降下する経過を有しており、該経過のネガチブなリードがばね力の経過のリー ドに比べて値的に小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする、殊に自動 車の液力式のブレーキ装置のための電磁操作式の弁。 2. 閉鎖部分(37)が、少なくともほぼ弁座(28)のシール直径(D2 )に相応する直径(D3)の押し棒区分(38)に形成されている請求項1記載 の弁。 3. 弁座(28)が、少なくとも弁座のシール直径(D2)の二倍に相応す る直径(D4)で終わっている請求項1記載の弁。 4. 押し棒区分(38)が少なくとも弁座(28)のシール直径(D2)に 相応する長さ(L)を経て、弁座の円錐角に対応する円錐角の移行部区分(39 )に接続している請求項2記載の弁。 5. 押し棒(20)が押しはめられたスリーブ(2 1)を保持しており、スリーブが戻しばね(23)のための支持面(24)を有 している請求項1記載の弁。
