Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内側の固定子は少なくとも大部分は円錐形である少なくとも外面を有し、 外側の固定子は少なくとも大部分は円錐形である少なくとも内面を有する少なく とも2個の固定子(2)、と、固定子(2)の間に配置されている少なくとも大 部分は円錐形である少なくとも1個の回転可能な回転子(1)とを具備する押し 出し機であって、固定子(2)の間の空隙中に材料を供給するための供給導管( 3)を具備し、該回転子(1)は、供給導管(3)のオリフィス部に、供給され る材料の少なくとも一部がそれを通って流通することができる開口部(5)を含 む押し出し機において、供給導管(3)の末端及び、回転子(1)の開口部(5 )及び/又は溝(7、7a、7b)から形成されるダクトが、供給導管(3)の 末端で見えるダクトの部分の面積の合計が、回転子(1)が回転する各瞬間にお いて、実質的に一定に保たれるように設計されていることを特徴とする押し出し 機。 2. 回転子(1)の回転方向にある供給導管(3)の末端の太さが、回転子( 1)の開口部(5)の中心間の距離又はその距離の倍数に実質的に等しいことを 特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の押し出し機。 3. 供給導管(3)が角度βだけ回転子(1)の中心から傾いた方向に向けら れていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の押し出し機。 4. 供給導管(3)の末端が延長部(4)を含んでなり、そのために、供給導 管(3)の末端が供給導管(3)の残りの部分よりも大きい横断面を有すること を特徴とする、前記の請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の押し出し機。 5. 供給導管(3)の延長部(4)の容量(Vs)が、回転子(1)の延長部 (4)における回転子(1)のダクトの容量(Vr)に実質的に等しいことを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第4項記載の押し出し機。 6. 供給導管(3)の末端の延長部(4)が、延長部が末端に向かって次第に 細くなるような非対称的形態を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第4項又は 第5項記載の押し出し機。 7. 回転子(1)の開口部(5)が、回転子の半径に対して角度αだけ傾斜し て配置されていることを特徴とする、前記の請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の 押し出し機。 8. 回転子(1)の開口部(5)が非対称形を有することを特徴とする、前記 の請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の押し出し機。
