Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コードリール(1)を、それに連結した油圧モータ(4)によって回転さ せることによりコード(3)を巻き取り、リール(1)から引き出されるコード を、油圧モータを油圧ポンプとして使用することにより制動し、それにより、巻 き取りと引き出しをそれぞれ車輌の動きの方向に行う、電動車輌のコードの巻き 取りと引き出しを制御するための方法であって、 コード(2)の巻き取りと引き出しを、それぞれ、車輌の駆動やステアリング 手段に基づいて制御することを特徴とする方法。 2.コード(2)の引き出し中に、油圧モータ(4)が、油圧油の流れを制限 する引き出し弁(7)を備えた閉ループの一部となるように結合されており、そ れにより、引き出し弁(7)による油圧油の流れの絞りを、前記車輌の駆動およ びステアリング手段の位置に基づいて調整することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3.コード(2)の巻き取り中に、油圧モータ(4)が油圧油の供給源から油 圧油の供給を受け、油圧油の流量を前記車輌の駆動およびステアリング手段の位 置に基づいて調整することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の 方法。 4.コード(2)のためのコードリール(1)と、コード(2)の巻き取り中 にコードリール(1)を回転させ、コード(2)の引き出し中にその回転を制動 するための油圧モータ(4)と、油圧油を供給するための油圧ポンプ(5)と、 巻き取り中に油圧モータ(4)への油圧油の供給を制御し、コード(2)の引き 出し中に油圧油の流れを絞るための制御弁を備えた、電動車輌のコード引き出し および巻き取りを行なうための装置であって、 リール(1)からコード(2)を引き出している間に、油圧モータ(4)を通 って流れる油圧油の逆圧と、それによる油圧モータ(4)の回転抵抗を制御でき る、油圧モータ(4)と直列に連結した唯一の引き出し弁(7)と、コード(2 )の巻き取り中に油圧モータ(4)に流れる油圧油の量を調整できる一つの巻き 取り弁(6)をそれぞれ備えており、前記装置は、コードの引き出しと巻き取り 中に、それぞれ引き出し弁(7)と巻き取り弁(6)を制御するために接続され た制御手段を備えており、車輌の駆動およびステアリング手段の少なくとも一部 が制御手段を制御するために接続されていることを特徴とする装置。 5.引き出し弁(7)と油圧モータ(4)が互いに直列に接続され、それらを 通って油圧油の流れのためのループが形成されており、引き出し弁(7)をコー ド(2)の巻き取り中に油圧ポンプ(5)の供給圧より高い圧力値に制御される ように接続してあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 6.油圧ポンプ(5)が圧力制御の油圧ポンプ(8)であり、巻き取り弁を、 油圧ポンプ(5)を制御手段によって生成された信号に従って制御するように接 続してあり、油圧ポンプ(5)から流れてくる油圧油用のチャネルを、ケーブル の引き出し中に、油圧油が前記ループから油圧ポンプ(5)に向って流れないよ うに防ぐための逆止め弁(13)によって、油圧モータ(4)と引き出し弁(7 )を通って形成された油圧ループに接続していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 4項または第5項に記載の装置。 7.油圧ポンプ(5)と、引き出し弁(7)を通して回転する油圧ループに、 逆方向に取り付けられた2つの逆止め弁(8)を接続してあり、圧力差センサ( 9)を逆止め弁(8)上に接続してあり、前記センサは、逆止め弁(8)上の油 圧油の圧力差と、それによる油圧油の流れの方向を示し、圧力差センサ(9)を 、制御手段を制御するように接続していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項乃 至第6項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.制御手段に、ギヤセレクタ(17)を接続してあり、そこから、使用して いるギヤを示す信号を、制御ユニット(16)を通してコードの引き出しまたは 巻き取りに接続していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項乃至第7項のうちの いずれか1項に記載の装置。 9.制動手段が、制御手段を制御するように接続されており、前記制動手段は 、信号を生成し、それにより、前記制御手段は、コードの引き出しまたは巻き取 りを制御することを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項乃至第8項のうちのいずれか1 項に記載の装置。 10.制動手段に、制動力を示し、コードの引き出し中と巻き取り中に制御手 段を制御する二つの制動力検知器(18a、18b)が設けられていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第9項に記載の装置。 11.コードの制御アーム(3a)の回転角を検知し、制御手段を制御アーム (3a)の回転角に基づいて制御するセンサ(21a、21b)を備えており、 それによって、制御手段を接続しており、前記センサが生成した信号に基づいて コードの引き出しまたは巻き取りを制御することを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項 乃至第10項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。 12.リール(1)上のコード(2)の量を検知し、制御手段をコードがほと んどなくなると、制御手段が車輌を予め指定した場所で停止させるように制御す るように接続された、少なくとも一つのセンサ(20a、20b)を備えている ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第4項乃至第11項のうちのいずれか1項に記載 の装置。
