Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス状または液状流体の流れを制御するためのダイヤフラムバルブであって 、中央チャネル(16)とこの各側部の第1サイドチャネル(15)と第2サイ ドチャネル(17)とをそれぞれ開口し、各チャネルは外側連結部(A、B、C )を有する第1バルブチャンバ(14)を備えるバルブハウジング(11)と; ハウジングに配列される第1、第2弁座手段(18、19)と;第1、第2弁座 手段の少なくとも1つとの封止噛合とこれからの解除に適合する第1弾性ダイヤ フラム(21)と;中央チャネル(16)とサイドチャネル(15、17)の1 つに共通する各弁座手段の少なくとも1部分と;一方に配列されて1つの弁座手 段それぞれに第1ダイヤフラム(21)を押圧する第1、第2制御手段(22、 23)とを含み、これにより中央チャネルと各サイドチャネルとの流路を遮断し 、他方第1ダイヤフラムの各一部分を各弁座手段から持ち上げ、これにより中央 チャネルと各サイドチャネルとの流路を開放するダイヤフラムであって;バルブ ハウジング(11)に第2バルブチャンバー(45)を備え、ここに流体用外側 連結部(D)を有する第4チャネル(48)を開口するとともにバルブハウジン グ内の開口部(46)から中央チャネル(16)に連通することと、第2弾性ダ イヤフラム(52)を備えるとともに第3弁座手段(49)との封止噛合並びに これからの解除に適応させることと、さらに第3制御手段(54)を一方に配列 して第3弁座手段(49)に第2ダイヤフラム(52)を押圧し、これにより第 4チャネル(48)と中央チャネル(16)との流路を遮断し、他方第3弁座手 段(49)との噛合からダイヤフラムを解放し、これにより第4チャネル(48 )と中央チャネル(16)との流路を開放することとを特徴とするダイヤフラム バルブ。 2.第1バルブチャンバー(14)をバルブハウジング(11)の片側に配置し 、第2バルブチャンバー(45)をバルブハウジングの反対側に配置することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムバルブ。 3.第4チャネル(48)を実質的に中央チャネル(16)と並列することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤフラムバルブ。 4.第3弁座手段(49)が第1、第2弁座手段(18、19)の方向と実質的 に垂直に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載 のダイヤフラムバルブ。 5.第1、第2弁座手段(18、19)をバルブの垂直対称平面に対称的に配列 し、前記平面には中央チャネル(16)を含むことと、第1、第2制御手段(2 2、23)を第1ダイヤフラム(21)中央部分に対称的に配列して第1、第2 弁座手段(18、19)の各一方の上でこれと反作用することと、第3弁座手段 (49)を第2バルブチャンバ(45)内に偏心配置することと、さらに第3制 御手段(54)は第3弁座手段(49)上の第2ダイヤフラム(52)に作用す るに適していることとを特徴とする先行する請求項の何れか一つに記載のダイヤ フラムバルブ。
