Claims (4)
- 밸브실, 제1 유입로, 제2 유입로, 유출로, 및 환상 홈이 형성되고, 밸브 시트가 마련된 보디와,
상기 밸브 시트에 맞닿음 및 상기 밸브 시트로부터 이격함으로써, 상기 제2 유입로와 상기 유출로를 연통 및 차단하는 다이어프램을 구비하고,
상기 제2 유입로의 단부는, 상기 밸브실로 개구되고,
상기 밸브 시트는, 상기 밸브실과 상기 제2 유입로가 연통하는 개소의 주연에 마련되고,
상기 환상 홈은, 상기 밸브실로 개구되고, 상기 제2 유입로의 주위에 형성되고,
상기 유출로의 단부는, 상기 환상 홈으로 개구되고,
상기 제1 유입로는, 하나의 유입구와 복수의 유출구로 이루어지는 복수의 유로를 갖고, 각 유출구는 상기 환상 홈으로 개구되어 있는, 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보디는, 상기 유입구와 상기 환상 홈의 중심축의 사이에 위치하고, 상기 제1 유입로를 복수의 유로로 분기하는 분기부를 갖는, 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유입로의 유입구 및 상기 제2 유입로의 유입구는, 상기 보디의 동일 면으로 개구되고, 각 유입구의 직경이 서로 다른, 밸브. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유입로는, 그 단면적이 상기 유입구로부터 상기 환상 홈을 향하여 증가하는, 밸브.
