Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の工程を含む、ギ酸セルロース、リン酸、及びギ酸を含む異方性溶液か ら再生セルロースフィラメントを調製するための方法において、ギ酸セルロース フィラメントを、再生前に、20%未満の含水量まで乾燥し、再生後に、当該フ ィラメントを、2.5cN/tex未満の張力下で、洗浄しかつ乾燥することを特徴と する当該方法。 ・キャピラリーを通して、溶液を押し出す。 ・生成したギ酸セルロースフィラメントを空気層に通す。 ・ギ酸セルロースフィラメントを凝固槽に通す。 ・ギ酸セルロースフィラメントを水洗する。 ・ギ酸セルロースフィラメントを再生する。 ・生成した再生セルロースフィラメントを水洗する。 ・再生セルロースフィラメントを乾燥する。 ・再生セルロースフィラメントを巻く。 2.凝固槽の先で測定されたギ酸セルロースフィラメントの張力が、2cN/tex未 満である、請求の範囲1項記載の方法。 3.凝固槽の先で測定されたギ酸セルロースフィラメントの張力が、1cN/tex未 満である、請求の範囲2項記載の方法。 4.ギ酸セルロースフィラメントを、4cN/texと16cN/texの間の張力下で、洗 浄し及び/又は乾燥する、請求の範囲1項乃至3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.フィラメントを再生し、その後、1cN/tex未満の張力下で洗浄し、乾燥し、 巻き取る、請求の範囲1項乃至4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.再生フィラメントを、2つの乾燥工程の間で0.5cN/tex未満の張力をフィ ラメントに与えて、この2つの工程で乾燥する、請求の範囲1項乃至5項のいず れかに記載の方法。 7.紡糸溶液を調製するために使用するセルロースが、350から1500の範 囲の重合度(DP)である、請求の範囲1項乃至6項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.以下の特性の組み合わせを有する、再生セルロースフィラメントを含むマル チフィラメント糸。 ・0<DS<1% ・CV<2 ・破断荷重:700〜1200mN/tex ・破断点伸び>5% 9.破断点伸びが、6〜8%である、請求の範囲8項に記載のマルチフィラメン ト糸。 10.糸中のフィラメントが、束構造を示さない、請求の範囲8項又は9項に記載 のマルチフィラメント糸。 11.糸中のフィラメントが、0.25GPaより大きい圧縮強度を有する、請求 の範囲8項乃至10項のいずれかに記載のマルチフィラメント糸。 12.糸が、15N/tex より高い初期弾性を有する、請求の範囲8項乃至11項の いずれかに記載のマルチフィラメント糸。 13.フィラメントを、請求の範囲1項乃至7項のいずれかに記載の方法によって 得ることができる、再生セルロースフィラメントを含むマルチフィラメント糸。 14.強化材料としての、請求の範囲8項乃至13項のいずれかに記載されたマル チフィラメント糸の使用。 15.糸を、動的負荷をかけることができるゴム物品における強化材料として使用 する、請求の範囲14項に記載のマルチフィラメント糸の使用。 16.糸を、乗物のタイヤにおける強化材料として使用する、請求項15項に記載 の使用。
