Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルモキサン及びこの誘導体で含浸された担体物質上に遷移金属メタロセ ン錯体を均一に分散させる方法であって、 (1)多孔質で1〜250ミクロンの粒子サイズを有し、平均直径50〜500 オングストロームの孔及び孔体積0.5〜5.0cc/gを有するシリカを与え ること; ここで、シリカを式RMgR’の有機マグネシウム化合物と、シリカ1gあた り0.2〜2.0ミリモルのMgを与えるような量で接触させて中間体を形成す ること; そしてRMgR’化合物との前記接触の後、得られた中間体をアルコールで、 0.2〜1.5モル/モルの範囲のマグネシウム化合物の量で処理すること; (2)シリカを110℃未満の沸点を有する脂肪族溶媒中でスラリー化すること ; (3)メタロセン化合物、アルモキサンを含む、芳香族溶媒中の一定体積の溶液 を与えること、ここでアルモキサンは線状アルキルアルミモキサンについては式 :R−(Al(R)−O)x−AlR2で表され、環状アルキルアルモキサンについて は式:(−Al(R)−O−)yで表され、上記式中、xは1〜40、yは3〜40 であり、そしてRはC1〜C8アルキル基であり、溶媒の該体積は前記シリカのス ラリーを形成するために必要なものよりも小さく、そしてAl重量%で表される アルモキサンの濃度は5〜20であり; (4)シリカを前記体積の前記溶液(3)に加えて、シリカの孔を含浸させ、か つ担体中又は担体上のメタロセン化合物を分散させること; (5)溶媒を接触・含浸されたシリカスラリー(4)から蒸発させて乾燥した自 由流動性の触媒粒子を回収すること を含む前記方法。 2.スラリー(4)が10〜40%の固体含量を有する、請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.スラリー(4)が15〜35%の固体含量を有する、請求項1に記載の方 法。 4.アルコール処理した中間体を非メタロセン遷移金属化合物と接触させる、 請求項1に記載の方法。 5.非メタロセン遷移金属化合物がTiCl4である、請求項4に記載の方法 。 6.RMgR’がシリカ1gあたり0.6〜1.0ミリモルのMgを与える、 請求項4に記載の方法。 7.(2)が(4)より前に実施される、請求項4に記載の方法。 8.(4)が(2)より前に実施される、請求項4に記載の方法。 9.RMgR’がシリカ1gあたり0.7〜0.9ミリモルのMgを与える、 請求項4に記載の方法。 10.請求項1に記載の方法によって製造される組成物。 11.ゲルを本質的に含まないポリマーまたはコポリマーを製造するための、 エチレンの接触重合またはエチレンと3〜10炭素原子の少なくとも1種のオレ フィンとの接触共重合の方法であって、該重合が 前記エチレン及び少なくとも1種のオレフィンをオレフィン重合条件下で、請 求項1に記載の方法によって形成された、シリカ担体及びその上に均一に分散さ れ担持されたメタロセン錯体を含む触媒と接触させることを含む前記の方法。
