【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、熱融着性樹脂層を
表面に有する紙を主体とした紙製複合シートの表面に、
超音波加熱手段にて融着するための超音波融着用樹脂成
形体に関する。

【従来の技術】一般に、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン
などポリオレフィン系の熱融着性樹脂層を表面に有する
厚紙を主体とした紙製複合シートの表面にポリエチレン
やポリプロピレンなどポリオレフィン系の熱融着性樹脂
による樹脂成形体を熱融着する場合には、前記紙製複合
シートの表面に樹脂成形体を密着させ、その樹脂成形体
の上から超音波加熱ホーンなど超音波加熱手段を押圧し
て、該シートと成形体との融着すべき個所を密接させな
がら超音波を掛け加熱融着するようにしている。

周に一体に設けたリング状のフランジ板5の上面を容器
Aの上面部2内面(ポリオレフィン系の熱溶融性樹脂フ
ィルム層6)と密着させ、該フランジ板5の下面に容器
底部より挿入した受板11、上面部2の外面上方に超音
波ホーン10を設置して、超音波ホーン10と受板11
との間で、上面部2とフランジ板5とを押圧しながら超
音波を印加してその密着内面を加熱融着させて取り付け
るものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、超音波
ホーン10を押圧して密着内面を融着させた際に、図6
に示すように、上面部2内面の熱溶融性樹脂フィルム層
6が超音波振動によって伸び、また超音波ホーン10先
端部による上面部2に対する押圧力も加味して、前記フ
ィルム層6が融着したフランジ板5の樹脂内に入り込
み、フランジ板5は前記フィルム層6が入り込んだ部分
5aが薄化して割れ易くなるという問題があった。
【0006】本発明は、上記問題を解消するための発明
であって、容器上面部の内面にフランジ板5を超音波ホ
ーン10にて加熱融着させた際に、フランジ板5が薄化
する現象を防止することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の請求項1に係る
発明は、厚紙を主体とした紙製複合シートの熱融着性樹
脂層表面に超音波加熱手段にて融着する超音波融着用樹
脂成形体であって、その融着面に突出するクラック防止
用リブを設けたことを特徴とする超音波融着用樹脂成形
体である。
【0008】また本発明の請求項2に係る発明は、上記
請求項1に係る発明において、前記超音波融着用樹脂成
形体が、前記紙製複合シートにより形成された紙製液体
包装容器の内付け式口栓である超音波融着用樹脂成形体
である。

【作用】本発明の超音波融着用樹脂成形体30は、その
融着面にリブ31が設けられているので、超音波加熱手
段Cの超音波ホーン10先端部による超音波振動による
加熱と押圧とによって、複合シート20は成形体30側
に加熱加圧され、その複合シート20の熱融着性樹脂層
22は溶融しながら加圧されて超音波ホーン10先端部
の外周に対応する部分において伸びるものの、伸びた熱
融着性樹脂層22は成形体30の内部に入り込むことは
なくリブ31によって食い止められて、成形体30の融
着面側には薄化現象が発生せずクラックの発生が防止で
きるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の超音波融着用樹脂成形体
を、その実施の形態に基づいて図面に従って以下に詳細
に説明する。

30の側面図であり、本発明の成形体30はポリオレフ
ィン系樹脂により成形加工されたものであり、厚紙21
を主体とした紙製複合シート20のポリオレフィン系の
熱融着性樹脂層22表面に超音波加熱手段Cにて融着す
るものである。
【0012】前記成形体30には、その成形体30と同
一樹脂により一体に成形されて融着面より突出する割れ
防止用のリブ31が設けられ、該リブ31は、その突出
先端部が尖っていてもよいし、円形状、楕円形状、球面
形状、非球面形状など丸みを持っていてもよいし、平坦
面であってもよい。
【0013】前記リブ31は、超音波加熱手段Cの超音
波ホーン10先端部による押圧領域の外周輪郭に沿うよ
うに設置することが適当であり、例えば、図1に示すよ
うに超音波ホーン10先端部による押圧領域の外周幅L

端部と受板11との間で、重ね合わせた複合シート20
と成形体30とを押圧して、超音波振動により加熱して
融着するものである。

フランジ板5のリブ31とを押圧しながら超音波を印加
して、その密着内面を加熱融着させて取り付けるもので

に融着される。

【発明の効果】本発明の超音波融着用樹脂成形体は、複
合シートの熱融着性樹脂層面に密着して超音波加熱手段
の超音波ホーンにて加熱押圧して融着した際に、成形体
が薄化する現象を防止することができ、薄化によるクラ
ックの発生を防止して、複合シートと融着した後におけ
る成形体の割れ易さを防止できる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】厚紙を主体とした紙製複合シートの熱融着
    性樹脂層表面に超音波加熱手段にて融着する超音波融着
    用樹脂成形体であって、その融着面に突出するリブを設
    けたことを特徴とする超音波融着用樹脂成形体。
  2. 【請求項2】前記超音波融着用樹脂成形体が、前記紙製
    複合シートにより形成された紙製液体包装容器の内付け
    式口栓である請求項1記載の超音波融着用樹脂成形体。
