Abstract
طريقة لإنتاج حمض الفسفوريك, يشتمل على تعريض صخور الفوسفات في وسيط مائي بحمض الكبيرتيك, وتشكيل روبة ثنائية الهيدرات معلقة بطور مائي ذات محتوى P2O5 بنسبة تتراوح ما بين 38% الى 50% ومحتوى SO3 خالي لنسبة تقل عن 0.5% لتحويل الروبة الاولى من خلال التسخين بحرارة مع اعداد بلورة كبريتات الكالسيوم المذابة لتسنح الفرصة للحصول على روبة ثانية مجففة جزئيا, و من ثمة فصل الروبة الثانية ما بين انتاج حمض الفسفوريك وكتلة متراصة مجففة جزئيا, حيث تتميز في أنها تشتمل على اضافة مصدر الفلور اثناء الهجوم في الروبة الاولى التي يتراوح المحتوى بنسبة من 1% الى 5% من نسبة الوزن الاجمالي من الفلور مقارنة الى P2O5 التي تحتوي على صخور الفوسفات .
