Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لتحضير كبريتات الكالسيوم تتضمن إنتاج DCP بمهاجمة مصدر فوسفات بحمض واستيعاب DCP المنعزل بحمض الكبريتيك في ظل ظروف تسمح بتكوين مادة أولى من الجبس المعلق في طور مائي حمض يحتوي على أقل من أو ما يعادل 1.5 % من SO3 الحُر ويحتوي على P2O5 الحُر، وتحويل جزء على الأقل من المادة الأولى المذكورة بالتسخين إلى ما يزيد على 80 درجة مئوية واحتمال إضافة حمض الكبريتيك مع ذوبان بلورات الجبس وإعادة تبلور كبريتات الكالسيوم المذابة في مادة ثانية من ?-نصف هيدرات كبريتات الكالسيوم المعلقة في طور مائي يحتوي على قاعدة حمض الفسفوريك حيث يقل محتوى SO3 عن 10% بالوزن، وفصل الطور المائي المذكور وقالب المرشح القائم على ?-نصف هيدرات كبريتات الكالسيوم النقي على وجه الخصوص.
