Abstract

Forno per la cottura a vapore di alimenti, comprendente una camera di cottura (2), un ventilatore motorizzato (3) posto in fondo a detta camera, una parete divisoria (4) del flusso d'aria prodotto da detto ventilatore, una camera retrostante (5) contenente detto ventilatore e delimitata in avanti da detta parete divisoria (4) e posteriormente dalla parete di fondo (6) del forno e da un tubetto (9) inserito tra l'esterno e l'interno di detta camera di cottura (2) ove termina con un ugello (10), una opportuna sonda termica (11) collegata ad un termostato (12) essendo inserita in detto tubetto (9), ove detto tubetto (9) entra in detta camera retrostante (5) dall'esterno passando in detta parete di fondo (6), e il suo ugello (10) viene alloggiato entro detta intercapedine (13).
