DESCRIZIONE
Annessa a domanda di brevetto per INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE avente per titolo
“Cabina perfezionata”
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto una cabina per macchine operatrici semoventi perfezionata.
In dettaglio, l’invenzione si riferisce soprattutto a una cabina per telehandler in grado di fornire una migliore visibilità all’operatore pur garantendogli un livello di protezione in accordo con i più alti standard richiesti dalle normative di settore e dal mercato.
Attualmente, le cabine note C dei telehandler T sono provviste di una griglia di protezione G collocata sopra al tettuccio che serve a proteggere l’incolumità dell’operatore in caso di caduta di gravi sulla cabina C stessa (si veda la figura 1).
Ad esempio, la griglia G è predisposta a tutelare l’operatore nei casi in cui il carico o una parte di esso cadesse dall’attrezzatura di presa, come una forca F o simili, quando questa è portata dal braccio di manovra B al di sopra della cabina C.
Ancora più in dettaglio, le griglie di protezione sono state concepite per soddisfare lo standard internazionale FOPS (“Falling Object Protective Structures”) che specifica i test che le strutture di protezione da gravi devono essere in grado di superare.
La ragione per la quale si utilizza una griglia G e non una piastra continua posta sopra al tettuccio è che, per eseguire correttamente il proprio lavoro, l’operatore deve essere in grado di osservare direttamente il carico durante le fasi di lavoro in cui esso viene portato al di sopra della cabina C dal braccio di manovra B.
Tuttavia, tale soluzione non risulta completamente efficacie in quanto la griglia G costituisce comunque un elemento che ostacola la visuale dell’operatore, anche se non la impedisce completamente.
Pertanto, nel mercato delle macchine operatrici semoventi è da lungo tempo sentita l’esigenza di una soluzione che, pur mantenendo il medesimo standard di protezione dalla caduta di oggetti e materiali, consenta una visuale migliorata all’operatore di ciò che è posto al di sopra del tettuccio della cabina.
Il compito tecnico alla base della presente invenzione è quindi proporre una cabina per telehandler o altre macchine operatrici che soddisfi l’esigenza sopra indicata.
Il compito tecnico è raggiunto dalla cabina realizzata in accordo con la rivendicazione 1.
Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi della presente invenzione appariranno maggiormente chiari dalla descrizione indicativa, e pertanto non limitativa, di una forma di realizzazione preferita ma non esclusiva della cabina proposta, come illustrata negli uniti disegni, in cui:
- la figura 1 è vista assonometrica di un telehandler provvisto di una cabina secondo la tecnica nota; e
- la figura 2 è una vista assonometrica della cabina dell’invenzione. Con riferimento alla figura 2, si è indicata con 1 una cabina per telehandler o altri tipi di macchine operatrici semoventi, realizzata in accordo con l’invenzione.
La cabina 1 proposta è destinata all’impiego sia con un telehandler di tipo fisso che di tipo rotativo, cioè dotato di piattaforma girevole montata sul carro (o telaio) provvisto di ruote.
La cabina 1 dell’invenzione è priva di griglia protettiva ma è provvista di un tettuccio 10 che è definito da una copertura di protezione 11 trasparente o semitrasparente (comunque non totalmente opaca) atta a resistere alla caduta di materiale pericoloso per l’incolumità di un operatore che si trovi a bordo della cabina 1 stessa.
In altre parole, il tettuccio 10 è definito da una copertura 11 che non viene sfondata completamente da oggetti e materiali che cadano sul tettuccio 10 medesimo, con ciò prevenendo danni fisici gravi per l’operatore.
Per la precisione, la copertura di protezione 11 è stata escogitata per soddisfare i criteri FOPS secondo la normativa UNI EN ISO 3449:2009, livello II e, subendo la massima sollecitazione prevista da tale normativa, la copertura 11 si può deformare e/o sbriciolare ma non consentire l’attraversamento del peso né piegarsi fino ad entrare essa stessa nel volume occupato dall'operatore.
In questa maniera, l’operatore che si trovi a bordo della cabina 1 proposta può osservare direttamente, cioè senza ostruzioni, il carico e/o l’attrezzatura portata dal braccio di manovra quando questi passano sopra la cabina 1 medesima e al contempo è al riparo dalla caduta accidentale di oggetti e materiali, ad esempio parte del carico stesso, a soddisfare finalmente l’esigenza del mercato già illustrata in sede di discussione della tecnica nota.
Per la precisione, la copertura di protezione 11 è atta a resistere a un urto di un oggetto che possiede energia cinetica sostanzialmente pari a 11600 Joule, prodotta ad esempio da un oggetto che pesa sostanzialmente 238 kg e cade da sostanzialmente 5 metri.
Più in generale, la copertura 11 è predisposta per resistere a un urto superiore ai 11000 J e, ad esempio, prodotto oggetto pesante almeno 230 kg lasciato cadere da un’altezza di almeno 4 metri.
Sebbene di preferenza la copertura di protezione 11 sia realizzata da una molteplicità di strati costituiti da vetro e policarbonato, alternati l’uno all’altro e uniti da una sostanza adesiva ad essi interposta, non si escludono le versioni in cui la pluralità si strati che costituisce la copertura 11 siano composti da materiali diversi, anche organizzati e uniti tra loro in maniera differente; ad esempio, al posto del policarbonato può essere impiegato un polimero diverso oppure si utilizza una pluralità di strati di policarbonato uniti l’uno all’altro, anche senza strati di vetro o al limite si utilizza esclusivamente un unico strato di policarbonato.
Nella forma di realizzazione preferenziale mostrata nella figura 2, la copertura di protezione 11 si estende frontalmente conformando anche il parabrezza 12.
In altre parole, parabrezza 12 e tettuccio 10 sono integrati in un unico elemento di copertura 11 centrale e continuo, che è montato, in corrispondenza dei bordi opposti, su due montanti laterali 13, 14 opportunamente sagomati.
È chiaro quindi come il telehandler che comprende la cabina 1 dell’invenzione abbia prestazioni non ottenibili dai telehandler noti, a tutto vantaggio della comodità ed efficacia di lavoro e nella piena sicurezza dell’operatore.

Claims (12)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Cabina (1) per macchina operatrice semovente, provvista di un tettuccio (10) definito da una copertura di protezione (11) trasparente o semitrasparente che comprende uno o più materiali atti a resistere alla caduta di materiale pericoloso per l’incolumità di un operatore a bordo della cabina (1) stessa.
  2. 2. Cabina (1) secondo almeno una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui detta copertura di protezione (11) si estende frontalmente conformando anche il parabrezza (12).
  3. 3. Cabina (1) secondo almeno una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui la copertura comprende una pluralità di strati di cui almeno uno strato in vetro e almeno uno strato in materiale polimerico.
  4. 4. Cabina secondo la rivendicazione 2, in cui la copertura comprende uno o più strati realizzati in un materiale scelto tra: vetro, materiale polimerico.
  5. 5. Cabina (1) secondo la rivendicazione 3 o secondo la rivendicazione 4, in cui il materiale polimerico è policarbonato.
  6. 6. Cabina (1) secondo almeno una delle rivendicazioni 3 - 5, in cui tra lo strato in vetro e lo strato polimerico è interposto un adesivo.
  7. 7. Cabina (1) secondo almeno una delle rivendicazioni dalla 3 alla 6, in cui la copertura (11) è costituita da una successione di detti strati di vetro e polimerico alternati l’uno all’altro.
  8. 8. Cabina (1) secondo almeno una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui detta copertura di protezione (11) è atta a resistere a un urto di un oggetto che possiede energia cinetica superiore a 11000 Joule.
  9. 9. Cabina (1) secondo la rivendicazione precedente, in cui detta energia cinetica è sostanzialmente pari a 11600 Joule.
  10. 10. Cabina (1) secondo almeno una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, in cui la copertura (11) è atta a resistere a un urto di un oggetto pesante almeno 230 kg lasciato cadere da un’altezza di almeno 4 metri.
