Abstract
L'invenzione concerne un procedimento e una pressa per la sua attuazione per la realizzazione di corpi stampati a più gradini in materiale polverulento, il quale viene versato in una cavità di stampaggio (volume di riempimento) circondata da una matrice e viene compresso da punzoni inferiori mobili relativamente fra loro e da almeno un punzone superiore mosso relativamente verso i punzoni inferiori, la quantità del materiale polverulento versato essendo regolata ad un valore nominale con correzione del volume di riempimento e scostamenti da valori nominali essendo rilevati direttamente o indirettamente per via automatica.Affinché corpi stampati, nonostante l'alta densità e una forma complicata, possano essere prodotti con alta sicurezza esente da fessure, viene proposto che la correzione del volume di riempimento per raggiungere una densità uguale nei diversi gradini del corpo stampato, ha luogo con variazione rispettivamente differentemente forte delle altezze di riempimento dei singoli stampi inferiori in modo che i valori di rapporto delle altezze di riempimento corrette corrispondano in una prima approssimazione ai valori di rapporto delle altezze nominali dei gradini rispettivamente associati nel corpo stampato.
