Abstract

Un metodo atto a consentire di verificare le cause di un incidente in cui è coinvolto un veicolo comprende, successivamente all'avviamento di quest'ultimo o comunque dopo un segnale di consenso (61), il rilevamento (64) di immagini dell'ambiente in cui tale veicolo si trova in uno stato di quiete o di moto, il memorizzare (65, 66, 67) in modo continuo e ciclico tali immagini finché il veicolo è in moto o comunque finché viene generato (70; 75) un segnale di arresto della memorizzazione, tale memorizzazione comunque arrestandosi entro un periodo di tempo prefissato successivamente ad un urto subito dal veicolo pur mantenendo in memoria le immagini rilevate sino ad allora, queste ultime potendo essere quindi riviste successivamente per verificare le cause dell'urto sopra citato.Tale metodo è attuato da un dispositivo comprendente mezzi ottici (4) per il rilevamento di immagini dell'ambiente ove si trova il veicolo in uno stato di moto o di stazionamento, mezzi memorizzatori (54) atti e memorizzare tali immagini, mezzi atti a rilevare un urto subito dal veicolo, mezzi di controllo (50) atti ad arrestare la memorizzazione successivamente a tale moto e dopo un prefissato periodo da quest'ultimo pur mantenendo entro i mezzi memorizzatori (54) le immagini fino ad allora memorizzate.
