Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un originale procedimento per preparare acido 1-[(2S)-metil-3-mercaptopropionil]pirrolidina-(2S)-carbossilico della formula I in cui acido 1-[(2S)-metil-3-tiocianatopropionil]-pirrolidina-(2S)carbossilico della formula II viene sciolto in un acido minerale acquoso, la soluzione ottenuta viene diluita con acqua e l'acido 1-[(2S)-metil-3-carbamoiltio propionil]pirrolidina-(2S)-carbossilico della formula III che si forma, viene idrolizzato con una soluzione acquosa ad una base.
