Abstract

Si descrive un vettore ricombinante per l'espressione e secrezione in B.subtilis di anticorpi in forma di singola molecola (scFv), dove detto vettore comprende il promotore del gene della proteasi neutra, una nuova sequenza di secrezione (I) ed una sequenza di DNA che codifica per un anticorpo acFv di interesse, un ceppo di B.subtilis trasformato con detto vettore ricombinante ed un procedimento per la produzione esocellulare di anticorpi scFv mediante coltura di detto ceppo di B.subtilis.Il vettore ricombinante consente l'espressione di scFv in forma completamente solubile e la sua secrezione in rese elevate.
