Abstract

La presente invenzione si riferisce a nuovi 1-?-metil-2-tiol carbapen derivati rappresentati dalla seguente formula generale (I) e relativo metodo di produzione. (FORMULA I) Il sopra menzionato composto è molto stabile nei confronti dell'enzima DHP-1 per la schermatura efficace dell'anello carbapenico strutturale ed è molto efficace sia contro i microrganismi gram - positivi che gram - negativi, specialmente ha un rimarchevole effetto su Pseudomonas aeruginosa noto come germe infettivo avente una forte resistenza.
