Abstract

Un metodo per marcare una cellula eucariota (mammifero) esprimendo in questa cellula un acido nucleico, detto acido nucleico codificante un recettore di superficie cellulare, e successivamente presentando detto recettore alla superficie cellulare, caratterizzato dal fatto di utilizzare un acido nucleico in cui la regione codificante il dominio intracellulare del recettore è stata completamente o parzialmente deleta o modificata in maniera tale che il recettore presentato alla superficie cellulare non può, dopo legame al suo ligando, effettuare alcuna trasduzione di segnale, è efficace e utilizzabile nella terapia genica.
