Abstract

Motore endotermico (1) per un veicolo industriale comprendente un dispositivo di frenatura continua (2) atto a comandare un'apertura supplementare delle valvole di scarico (3) per dissipare l'energia di compressione prodotta nei cilindri, nel quale le camme (36) di comando delle valvole di scarico (3) presentano un profilo costituito da un primo tratto (56) ad alzata nulla corrispondente ad una porzione della fase di aspirazione dei rispettivi cilindri, un secondo tratto (57) ad alzata costante ridotta corrispondente all'ultima parte della fase di aspirazione ed alle fasi di compressione ed espansione dei rispettivi cilindri ed un terzo tratto (58) a lobo corrispondente alla fase di scarico dei rispettivi cilindri; il dispositivo di frenatura continua (2) comprende un attuatore (46) atto a spostare l'asse di rotazione (24) dei bilancieri (18) di comando delle valvole di scarico (3) da una prima posizione di funzionamento normale a cui corrisponde un gioco valvole (9) abbastanza elevato da rendere inefficace il secondo tratto (57) del profilo delle camme (36), ed una seconda posizione di frenatura a cui corrisponde un valore ridotto (g') del gioco valvole tale da rendere attivo il suddetto secondo tratto (57).(Fig. 1, 5)
