Abstract

In un dispositivo su una carda per fibre tessili, per esempio cotone, fibre artificiali o simili, con un tamburo girevole, la cui superficie è provvista di una guarnizione continua metallica a denti di sega e con un elemento di cardatura fisso costituito da un corpo portante, per esempio un elemento a placca, che sul suo lato interno (superficie di. base) è provvisto di una guarnizione metallica di listelli a denti di sega, per esempio segmenti a denti di sega, disposti l'uno accanto all'altro in fila, e copre una parte del perimetro del tamburo, la guarnizione sul corpo portante e le guarnizioni del tamburo sono disposte l'una di fronte all'altra formando una regione di cardatura. Per creare un dispositivo che in particolare consenta di compiere un miglior lavoro di cardatura, per esempio una miglior apertura e/o separazione delle impurità e dei noduli di fibre del materiale in fibre, la densità di occupazione della guarnizione sull'elemento di cardatura fisso cresce progressivamente nella direzione di rotazione del tamburo (freccia A).
