Abstract

Aglio, cipolla o simili bulbi vegetali vengono frullati in una appropriata quantità di acqua con ottenimento di un prodotto intermedio dalla consistenza di una crema molto fluida che è sottoposta successivamente a liofilizzazione. Il prodotto ottenuto, ridotto in polvere, successivamente rinvenuto con prescelti liquidi commestibili, ha dimostrato di possedere le proprietà del bulbo di partenza ma non presentava l'effetto disgustoso del giorno dopo.
