Abstract

Pressa continua per la fabbricazione di pannelli truciolari, pannelli fibrosi, pannelli laminati e simili, con parte superiore e parte inferiore della pressa e con nastri prementi senza fine di metallo, in particolare lamierino di acciaio, con un tratto di compressione ed un tratto di ritorno, azionati e circolanti su un tamburo di rinvio sul lato di entrata e su un tamburo di rinvio sul lato di uscita, nella parte superiore nonché nella parte inferiore della pressa. I nastri prementi formano nella zona di pressione una fessura di pressione, in cui le stuoie di materiale stampabile vengono pressate applicando pressione e calore. I nastri prementi sono supportati nella zona di pressione sulle piastre della pressa con l'interposizione di barre volventi, a guisa di cuscinetti volventi, che a loro volta sono guidate in circolo. Si attua la combinazione delle seguenti caratteristiche: a) il tamburo di rinvio sul lato di uscita della parte superiore e della parte inferiore della pressa è orientabile nel piano orizzontale del suo asse di rotazione, attorno ad un asse verticale centrale; b) nel tratto di ritorno dei nastri prementi è previsto un gruppo di rulli formato da rulli di appoggio disposti stabili e rotanti attorno ad un asse orizzontale e da almeno un rullo di regolazione che ruota attorno al suo asse ed è orientabile, trasversalmente a questo asse, attorno ad un asse orizzontale centrale estendentesi nella direzione longitudinale del nastro premente. Il tamburo di rinvio sul lato di uscita ed il rullo di regolazione appartengono ad un circuito di regolazione, con dispositivo di misura del valore effettivo del percorso rettilineo degli associati nastri prementi. Gli angoli di oscillazione sono regolabili in funzione dello scostamento del valore effettivo del percorso rettilineo dei nastri prementi dal valore prescritto.
