Abstract

Forma oggetto dell'invenzione un procedimento per produrre un pannello di legno multistrato, in cui su uno strato centrale, costituito di liste di legno, incollato a formare un nastro senza fine e pressato, bilateralmente viene applicato un materiale truciolare e, oppure fibroso mediante dispositivi di applicazione e con un funzionamento continuo a passaggio da una pressa a nastro doppio viene effettuata la pressatura in modo da formare un pannello di legno multistrato senza fine. L'invenzione si pone il compito di indicare un procedimento con il quale è garantita una salda aderenza fra lo strato centrale e gli strati di copertura e con cui si possono produrre perfette superfici piane dello strato di copertura anche su uno strato centrale con superfici non piane, e inoltre di indicare l'esecuzione e la struttura di un pannello di legno multistrato particolarmente adatto a ciò.Ciò si ottiene secondo l'invenzione per il fatto che ai due lati incollati dello strato centrale (1) viene addotto di volta in volta un tessuto o rete (3, 5), su questo viene applicato il materiale truciolare e, oppure fibroso (7, 9) e successivamente viene effettuata la pressatura per formare un pannello di legno multistrato (14) costituito di cinque strati (Figura 1).
