Abstract

Il generatore di tensione di riferimento comprende un primo generatore di corrente (1) atto a generare una prima corrente (I) variabile linearmente con la tensione di alimentazione, un primo generatore di tensione (T10, T11, R4, R6, T6, T7, I3, T12) atto a generare una prima tensione costante (VBG) con deriva termica nulla, un secondo generatore di corrente (T10, T11, R4, R6, T6, T7, I3, T11, T13, T14, T15, R5) atto a generare una seconda corrente (I1) dipendente da detta tensione (VBG) con deriva termica nulla, un secondo generatore di tensione (T6, T7, T10, T11) atto a generare una seconda tensione (?VBE) con deriva termica prestabilita, un terzo generatore di corrente (T6, T7, T10, T11, T4, T5, T8, T9) atto a generare una terza corrente (I2) dipendente da detta tensione (?VBE) con deriva termica prestabilita e mezzi (5) per combinare tra loro le correnti (I, I1, I2) in modo da produrre ai capi di una resistenza di uscita (R7) una tensione di uscita (Vout) di valore pari al prodotto di detta resistenza di uscita (R7) per dette prima e terza corrente (I, I2), diviso per detta seconda corrente (I1).
