Abstract

Impianto di stampaggio e alimentazione per una pressa a piastre, nell'ambito della fabbricazione di laminati decorativi o tecnici costituiti da strutture di resina rinforzate da fibre, nonché nell'ambito del risanamento di pannelli truciolari, pannelli fibrosi e simili mediante strati sovrapposti di resina sintetica. Alla struttura di base appartengono una tavola di assemblaggio per la disposizione degli elementi laminati in modo da formare una stuoia di materiale stampabile di pianta rettangolare ed un dispositivo di caricamento, ove il dispositivo di caricamento presenta longheroni di caricamento mobili avanti e indietro in direzione d'alimentazione i quali portano dispositivi di bloccaggio. Le stuoie di materiale stampabile sono afferrabili dai dispositivi di bloccaggio, trasportabili dalla corsa di caricamento dei longheroni nella pressa aperta nonché depositabili in questa. Tra tavola di assemblaggio e pressa a piastre è disposta una piattaforma di trasferimento sollevabile ed abbassabile. I longheroni di caricamento sono mobili avanti e indietro lungo la pressa e lungo la piattaforma di trasferimento e sono collegati da un ponte di trasferimento. Il ponte di trasferimento è spostabile, relativamente ai bracci di caricamento, avanti e indietro verso la tavola d'assemblaggio. Le stuoie di materiale stampabile disposte sulla tavola d'assemblaggio sono impegnabili dai bracci di bloccaggio. Nel movimento del ponte di trasferimento in direzione di alimentazione è possibile trascinare le stuoie di materiale stampabile. Esse possono essere rilasciate sulla piattaforma di trasferimento, che si trova in posizione abbassata.Fig. 1.
