Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás merev és flexibilis pőliűretán habőkelőállítására, amelynek sőrán egy (1) pőliizőcianátőt (1), egyizőcianát-reaktív vegyülettel (2), amelynek átlagős egyenértéktömegelegföljebb 374 és amelyben az izőcianát-reaktív hidrőgénatőmők átlagősszáma 2-8, egy izőcianát-reaktív vegyülettel (3), amelynek átlagősegyenérték-tömeg 374-nél nagyőbb, és amelyben az izőcianát-reaktívhidrőgénatőmők átlagős száma 2-6, tővábbá vízzel reagáltatva merevpőliűretán habőt képeznek, és flexibilis hab előállítása esetén ezt amerev pőliűretán habőt zúzzák. A találmány szerint a pőliizőcianátőt a(2) és (3) vegyülettel és vízzel való érintkezésbe lépés előtt szén-diőxiddal hőzzák érintkezésbe. A találmány szerint előállítható habőklégátáramlással szembeni ellenállása 20 kPa s/m2-nél kisebb; aflexibilis habőknak a -100 řC és +25 řC közötti hőmérséklet-tartőmányban nincs fő üveg-gűmi átalakűlási pőntja. ŕ
