Abstract

Espuma flexible de poliuretano que no muestra ninguna principal transicion vítrea-goma entre -100* C y +25* C y tiene una resistividad al flujo de aireinferior a 20 kPa.s/m2. El proceso para preparar una espuma flexible de poliuretano comprende en hacer reaccionar un poliisocianato (1), un compuestoreactivo (2), que tiene un peso promedio equivalente de 374 como máximo y una cantidad promedio de compuesto isocianato reactivo (3), que tiene unpeso promedio equivalente de más de 374 y una cantidad promedio de átomos de hidrogeno isocianato reactivo de entre 2 y 6 y agua para preparar una espumarígida de poliuretano; y comprimir esta espuma rígida de poliuretano y el isocianato se pone en contacto con el CO2 antes deque el poliisocianato seponga en contacto con el compuesto (2), el compuesto (3) y el agua. Las espumas se pueden utilizar como material de amortiguamiento en muebles, enlos asientos de los automoviles y de los aviones y en los colchones, como base de alfombras, como espuma hidrofila en los panales, como espuma deembalaje, como espumas para la aislacion de sonido en aplicaciones de automoviles y para el aislamiento de vibraciones en general.
