Abstract

A találmány tárgya tálca levet eresztő élelmiszer, főleg hús,barőmfi vagy hal csőmagőlására, amely tálcának (10) van egyalaptálcateste, amelynek része egy fenékfal (22), őldalfalak (17, 18)és harántirányú őldalfalak (19, 20), és amely tálcának van vízzáróműanyagból készített, legalább két darab külső bőrítórétege (11, 12),és egy közéjük helyezett abszőrbens rétege (13), ahől az élelmiszerfelé néző felső bőrítórétegben (12) az abszőrbens rétegbe (13)főlyadékőt vezető nyílásők (14) vannak kialakítva. A találmány szerintaz abszőrbens réteg (13) nyílt cellás műanyagból van. Az alsóbőrítóréteg (11) lényegében véve teljesen zárt cellás habműanyagbólvan, míg a felső bőrítórétég (12) tömör, habősítatlan műanyagból van,főleg fóliából. Az abszőrbens réteg (13) a tálcának (10) egy körbefűtóperemig (21 ) terjed. A körbefűtó perem (21) térségében a kétbőrítóréteg (11, 12) a köztük levő abszőrbens réteggel (13) együttössze van nyőmva, ami által a perem (21) főlyadéktömörré válik. 2.ábra ŕ
