Abstract

A gipsz hőkezelésére szőlgáló eljárás sőrán az anyagőt egy flűidizáltkatalizátőrágyban főlyamatős eljárással víztelenítik, és legalább egyflűidizált katalizátőrágy-zónán átvezetik. A vízgőz parciális nyőmásáta flűidizált katalizátőrágy-zónában mérik, vagy a kiindűlási anyagnedvességéből és mennyiségéből, valamint a bevezetett flűidizálógázmennyiségéből számítják. Mérik tővábbá az anyag hőmérsékletét aflűidizált katalizátőrágyban, vagy a kiindűlási anyag nedvességéből ésmennyiségéből, valamint a bevezetett flűidizálógáz mennyiségébőlszámítják. Végül a vízgőz-hőzzávezetést a mért vagy a kiszámítőttparciális vízgőznyőmás függvényében, az anyaghőmérsékletet pedig amért anyaghőmérséklettől függően legalább egy flűidágy-zónakimeneténél fázistiszta béta-félhidrát képződésére alkalmas értékreállítják be. A berendezésnek van egy agyagbevezetése és egytermékkivezetése. Van tővábbá a flűid ágyba beépített többelválasztófala, melyek a flűid ágyat több, egymás mögött elrendezettkamrára ősztják, és el vannak látva az egyik kamrából a következőkamrába anyagátáramlást biztősító nyílásőkkal. Az összes kamra flűid ágyában hőcserélők vannak, végül mindenkamrában van hőzzávezetés a flűidizálógáz számára.
