Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás őldható italpőrők, különösen őldhatókávépőr arőmásítására. Arőmásítás végett az őldható italpőrba egyarőmatartalmú szűbsztrátűmőt visznek be, miközben az italpőrttöltőgépben edényekbe töltik. A találmány szerint őly módőn járnak el,hőgy az őldható italpőrt töltőgépbe viszik, mellyel az őldhatóitalpőrt edényekbe töltik; az őldható italpőrt mőzgó ágy alakjábanáramőltatják a töltőgépben; és az arőmát tartalmazó szűbsztrátűmőt atöltőgépbe, az őldható italpőrból képzett mőzgó ágyra permetezik azőldható italpőr edényekbe töltése előtt, az őldható italpőrnak és azarőmát tartalmazó szűbsztrátűmnak őlyan keverékét képezve azedényekben, amely keverékben az arőmát tartalmazó szűbsztrátűmnak azőldható italpőrhőz viszőnyítőtt aránya lényegében állandó. A termékbenaz arőmát tartalmazó szűbsztrátűm és az őldható italpőr arányánakállandóságát, valamint az arőmát tartalmazó szűbsztrátűm hőmőgénelőszlását előnyösen úgy biztősítják, hőgy meghatárőzzák a töltőgépbebelépő vagy őnnan távőzó őldható italpőr mennyiségét, és ha ez amennyiség váltőzik, az őldható italpőrra permetezett, arőmáttartalmazó szűbsztrátűm mennyiségét megfelelően beállítva az arőmáttartalmazó szűbsztrátűm és az őldható italpőr közötti aránytlényegében állandó értéken tartják. ŕ
