Abstract

Se describe un proceso para incorporar un sustrato que contiene aroma en un polvo de bebida soluble en una máquina rellenadora en la cual se rellena el polvo de bebida soluble en recipientes. Se introduce el polvo de bebida soluble dentro de la máquina de rellenado y se provoca que fluya en forma de un lecho movil. Cuando aun está en la máquina, y antes de que el polvo para bebida soluble sea rellenado en recipientes, se rocía el sustrato que contiene aroma sobre el lecho movil. De esta manera, se proporciona en los recipientes una mezcal de polvo de bebida soluble y sustrato que contiene aroma, que tiene una proporcion sustancialmente constante de sustrato que contiene aroma respecto a polvo de bebida soluble.
