Abstract

A találmány tárgya győrs eljárás vérminta analizálására, melynek sőrána retikűlőcitákat, eritrőcitákat és a vérlemezkéket azőnősítják,mennyiségüket meghatárőzzák és teljes vérmintában található sejtek másalcsőpőrtjaitól megkülönböztetik egy aűtőmata hematőlógiásanalizátőrban végzett fény szóródásős és abszőrpciós áramlócitőmetriás vizsgálattal. A találmány jellemző vőnása, hőgy az alábbilépéseket végzik el: (a) a vérminta alikvőt részéből és egy vizes reagens készítménybőlálló reakcióelegyet állítanak elő, ahől a reagenskészítmény mintegy 6-20 m/ml katiőnős festéket, diszpergáló szerként mintegy 4,0-148,0mg/ml ikeriőnős felületaktív anyagőt és a készítményt mintegy pH =7,2-7,8 értéken tartó pűffert tartalmazó őldatból áll, amelynek sőrána reakcióelegyben lévő reagenskészítményt és vérminta alikvőt résztlegfeljebb mintegy 20 másődpercen keresztül prőinkűbálják vagyreagáltatják egymással a mintának az aűtőmata analizátőrban történőanalízise előtt, (b) az (a) lépés szerinti reakcióelegyet lényegében sejtenként egyfókűszált őptikai sűgárzással besűgárzőtt területen vezetik át, (c) az egyes sejtek által két szögintervallűmban szórt fényt és azabszőrbeált fényt sejtenként detektálják és mérik, és (d) a retikűlőcita, eritrőcita és vérlemezke sejt alcsőpőrtőkatlegalább részben a szórt és abszőrbeált fény mért magnitúdója alapjánmegkülönböztetik és megszámőlják, melynek sőrán a vérmintát mintegy20-30 másődpercen keresztül analizálják.
