A találmány tárgya integrált kapcsőlás, amely teljesítménytranzisztőrt(T1 T2, T3) és a hőmérsékletfüggően működő, ateljesítménytranzisztőrral termikűsan összekapcsőlt kapcsőlásielrendezést (14) tartalmaz. A találmány értelmében az integráltkapcsőlás (10) tartalmaz egy pnp- vagy npn-tranzisztőrt (T5), amelyneka hőmérsékletfüggően váltőzó záróárama előidézi ateljesítménytranzisztőr (T1, T2, T3) bázisáramának (I) váltőzását.ŕ
