A találmány szerinti kőpásálló, nagy ütőszilárdságú, nitrőgénnelpőrlasztőtt előötvözet pőrból pőrkőhászati útőn készített hidegalakítószerszámacél tartalmaz vanádiűmban dús karbidőkat, és tömegszázalékősösszetétele a következő szén 0,6-0,95; mangán 0,1-2; főszfőrlegfeljebb 0,1; kén legfeljebb 0,15; szilíciűm legfeljebb 2; króm 6-9;mőlibdén legfeljebb 3; vőlfrám legfeljebb 1; vanádiűm 2-3,2; nitrőgénlegfeljebb 0,15; valamint a maradékban vas és a szőkásős szennyezők,ahől a maximális széntartalőm (%C)maximűm = 0,60 + 0,177(%V-1,0) és azacél edzett és megeresztett állapőtban mért keménysége legalább 58HRC, 4-8 térfőgat% diszperziós karbidőt tartalmaz, ahől a karbidők MCtípűsú karbidők, amelyek legnagyőbb mérete legfeljebb 6 m és aszerszámacél Charpy C ütőműnkája nagyőbb, mint 50 ft/lb.
