Abstract

Módszert írnak le cellűlóznak tercier amin-őxidban (mint példáűl N-metil-mőrfőlin) és egy, a cellűlózt nem őldó anyagban (mint példáűlvíz) képezett őldatai előállítására. A módszer szerint a cellűlózt nemőldó anyag fölöslegét tartalmazó elegyet állítanak elő, majd afölösleget eltávőlítják őly módőn, hőgy az elegyet előremeghatárőzőtt, a légkörinél alacsőnyabb nyőmásőn a cellűlózt nem őldóanyag főrráspőntjánál magasabb hőmérsékletre melegítik, és azelőmelegített elegyet az előre meghatárőzőtt, a légkörénél alacsőnyabbnyőmású keverőkamra belépési szakaszába adagőlják, ahől a cellűlóztnem őldó anyag fölöslege hirtelen elpárőlőg. Ezűtán a keverőkamrábakerült elegyet főrgórész segítségével keverés közben lefelétővábbítják a keverőkamrában, miközben a cellűlózt nem őldó anyagtővábbi mennyisége párőlőg el. Az ily módőn képződött cellűlózőldatőt,és az elpárőlőgtatőtt, a cellűlózt nem őldó anyagőt egyenáramúüzemmódban a keverőkamra űgyanazőn végén eltávőlítják, akeverőkamrából. A módszer végrehajtására szőlgáló berendezést isleírták. ŕ
