Abstract

A találmány tárgyát egy mutáns vírus képezi, ami a vírus egy vagy többfehérjéjének foszforilezési helyén mutációt hordoz, amely mutáció avírus attenuációját okozza, és ennek következtében ebből egy jobbvakcinakészítmény állítható elő. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbáolyan vakcinakészítmények, amik tartalmazzák a mutáns vírust, valaminta találmány tárgyát képezik az immunválasz előállítási módszerei, ésaz emlősök megvédése a veszettségvírus-fertőzéstől. A találmánytárgyát képezik a mutáns vírus és mutáns virális fehérjék előállításimódszerei, beleértve a mutáns vírus előállítását egy olyangazdasejtben, amely a mutáns virális fehérjének megfelelő vad típusúfehérjét termeli vagy éppen túltermeli, ami komplementálja a többivirális fehérjét, oly módon, hogy a mutáns vírusrészecske termeléseoptimalizálva van. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá azok agazdasejtek, amelyekben a vírustermelés optimalizálva van, valamintazok a vakcinakészítmények, amelyek tartalmazzák a virális fehérjéket,önmagukban, vagy az intakt vírussal kombinálva, és az eljárások,amikkel immunválaszt lehet indukálni, vagy meg lehet védeni egy emlősta fertőzéstől. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá a vektorok,amelyekkel egy gént be lehet juttatni egy emberi vagy állati sejtbe,valamint ezek bejuttatási módszerei.
