Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás egy csővel egységet alkotó csőkarmantyúkialakítására biaxiálisan orientált, hőre lágyuló anyagú, csőtestbőlés az egyik vagy mindkét végén vele egységet alkotó csőkarmantyúbólálló csövön (50), amelynek során egy biaxiálisan orientált, hőrelágyuló anyagból előre legyártott csövön csőkarmantyú-alakításiműveletet végeznek, és ennek során egy tartóperselyt (51), alsószerszámfelet (53) és felső szerszámfelet (54) tartalmazócsőkarmantyú-alakító készüléket használnak, amely az előzőlegelőállított csőnek a megfelelően megnövelt hőmérsékletre melegítettvégrészét csőkarmantyúvá alakítja, majd a csőkarmantyúvá alakítottvégrészt lehűtik. A találmány értelmében cső melegítetlen végrészénekmindkét axiális végét rögzítik, a rögzített végrészt egy vagy többlépésben megfelelő csőkarmantyú-alakítási hőmérsékletre melegítik, ésaz axiálisan rögzített végrészt a végrész belsejében fellépőfolyadéknyomás és/vagy a végrész külső oldalán lévő vákuumsegítségével kitágítják. A tágítást lehetőleg már a végrész melegítésealatt megkezdik. Ó
