Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás (1RS,2RS)-2-[(dimetil-amino)-metil]-1-(3-metoxi-fenil)- ciklohexanol elkülönítésére és tisztítására,szacharinátként olyan elegyből, amely a diasztereomer (1RS,2RS)-2-[(dimetil-amino)-metil]-1-(3-metoxi-fenil)-ciklohexanolból és (1SR,2RS)-2-[(dimetil-amino)-metil]-1-(3-metoxi-fenil)-ciklo-hexanolból ésadott esetben szennyeződésekből áll. A találmány értelmében azemlített elegyet legalább 38 kcal/mól polárosságú, 20 °C-on és légkörinyomáson folyékony reakcióközegben szacharinnal reagáltatják és az ígykristályos csapadékként kapott (1RS,2RS)-2-[(dimetil-amino)-metil]-1-(3-metoxi-fenil)-ciklohexanol-szacharinátot az anyalúgtólelválasztják.
