Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás alifás aminok előállítására, ammóniaaddíciójával alkénekhez gázfázisban, homogén vagy heterogénkatalizátorokkal katalizálva, amelyet az jellemez, hogy aszintézisrendszernek két szekciója - egy elválasztó és egy reaktívszekció, amelyek egymással kölcsönösen össze vannak kötve és egymástólfüggenek - és egy hűtőzónája van, amely lényegében ugyanazon anyomáson, 2 és 8 MPa között működik, ahol a katalizátort tartalmazóreaktív szekcióban az alkén az ammóniával részlegesen aminná reagál, areaktív szekciót elhagyó reaktív elegy a hűtőzónában történő lehűtésután visszatér az elválasztó szekcióba, amely egy beépített töltetettartalmaz a vizes és gázfázisok kölcsönös ellenáramú érintkezésénekfokozására, ahol az aminkoncentrátum elválik a reaktív elegytől,ezalatt az aminkoncentrátum távozik az elválasztó szekció fűtöttaljából és ezt a koncentrátumot tovább finomítják és az el nem reagáltalkén és ammónia elegyét a friss kiindulási anyagokkal együtt gázalakban visszavezetik ennek a szekciónak a kondenzátorából a reaktívszekcióba.
