Abstract
A találmány tárgya sík fenéklemezzel ellátott, kétszeresenelőfeszített, összetett tetőfödém-szerkezet nagy fesztávolságú ipariépületekhez. Ezt a szerkezetet teherhordozó, síkbeli-térbeli,előgyártott elemek képezik, amelyek össze vannak szerelve. Ezek azelemek a nagy fesztávolságú épületekben megoldják sík fenéklemezzelellátott, kész födémek építésének problémáját, mivel amellett, hogy afödém látványát esztétikussá teszik, csökkentik a fűtött teret,szellőző és szigetelt teret hoznak létre, amelyben mindenféleépületgépészeti szerelvény vezethető. A szerkezet különálló, széles ésvékony fenéklemezt (1) és kétrészes, lejtő vagy ív alakú felsőacélszerkezetet (2) tartalmaz, amelyet függőleges összekötő elemek (3)kötnek össze az fenéklemezzel (1). A szerkezet két függetlenmódszerrel kétszer van előfeszítve. A beton fenéklemez központosan vanelőfeszítve egy öntőmintán (6). Miután a fenéklemez (1) betonjamegkötött, következik a felső acélszerkezet (2) előfeszítése úgy, hogya nyílásközépen a szerkezet részeit széttolják, majd a szétválasztottacél részeket összekötik egymással. A fenéklemez (1) előfeszítésénekcélja a betonban lévő repedések kiküszöbölése vagy csökkentése. Afelső acélszerkezetnek (2) a részei széttolásával létrehozottelőfeszítése szabályozza a behajlásokat.
