Abstract

A találmány tárgya javított eljárás N-karboxi-anhidridek előállításáraa megfelelő aminosavakból és foszgénből, difoszgénből vagytrifoszgénből kiindulva. Az N-karboxi-anhidridek /NCA/, amelyek a-, b-vagy g-aminosavakból kiindulva állíthatók elő, nagyon hasznosvegyületek, savfunkciójuk aktiválhatósága következtében: ténylegesenlehetővé teszik, hogy ez a savfunkció reagáljon minden nukleofilanyaggal. Ez megkönnyíti az amidfunkció kialakítását egy aminnal valóreagáltatás során. Következésképpen könnyen végbemegy a polimerizációés így az előbbi vegyületek peptidek képzésére használhatók fel.Ugyancsak könnyebben megy végbe az észterkötés kialakítása egyalkohollal végbemenő reakcióban. A vegyületek előtérbe kerülnek akkoris, ha egy savfunkciót kívánnak redukálni. A foszgénnel végbemenőreakciót az 1. reakcióvázlat mutatja be, a képletekben R jelentése aza-, b- vagy g-aminosav primer csoportja és R' jelentése hidrogénatomvagy az aminosav szekunder aminocsoportja, mi mellett R' gyűrűtképezhet R-rel.
