Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás zárt cellás alkenil aromás polimer habelőállítására, melynek során (I) egy polimer olvadékot képeznek (A)80-98 tömeg% (az A és B komponensek össztömegére vonatkoztatva) egyvagy több alkenil aromás polimerből; és (B) 2-20 tömeg% (az A és Bkomponensek össztömegére vonatkoztatva) egy vagy több lényegébenrandom interpolimerből; (C) adott esetben egy vagy több gócképzőszerből; és (D) adott esetben egy vagy több egyéb adalék anyagból; és(II) a polimer olvadékba megemelt nyomáson (E) egy vagy többhabosítószer bevitelével egy habosítható gélt képeznek; (III) ahabosítható gélt optimális hőmérsékletre hűtik; és (IV) a (III)lépésben kapott gélt egy szerszámon keresztül egy alacsonyabb nyomásútérbe extrudálva habot állítanak elő. A találmány megoldást ad a habterhelés alatti behajlás hőmérsékletének legalább 2 °C-kal valómegnövelésére a lényegében random interpolimer nélkül előállítottmegfelelő habhoz képest.
