A találmány tárgyát az általános képletű benzilidén-pirazolonok - ahol R1 adott esetbenszubsztituált alkilcsoport; R2 adott esetben szubsztituált alkil- vagyalkoxi-csoport, halogénatom, nitro-, ciano-csoport; R3 hidrogén-,halogénatom, nitro-, ciano-csoport, -NR5R6, -OCOR5, -NR5COR6, -CO2R5,-COSR5, -CONR5R6 általános képletű csoport, alkoxi-imino-alkil-,alkil-karbonil-csoport, adott esetben szubsztituált alkil-, alkoxi-,alkil-tio-, alkenil-, alkinil-, fenil-, fenoxi-csoport, adott esetbenszubsztituált, 1-4 nitrogén és/vagy 1-2 oxigén gyűrűtagot tartalmazó,5- vagy 6-tagú, telített vagy telítetlen heterociklusos csoport; R4alkil-, halogén-alkil-csoport; vagy R3 és R4 együtt adott esetbenszubsztituált telített vagy telítetlen 2- vagy 3-tagú, adott esetbenszulfoxiddá vagy szulfonná oxidált kénatomot tartalmazó hidatképeznek; R5 hidrogénatom vagy adott esetben szubsztituáltalkilcsoport; R6 adott esetben szubsztituált alkilcsoport; R7jelentése hidrogénatom, alkil- vagy halogén-alkil-csoport; n = 0, 1vagy 2: X hidrogén-, klór- vagy brómatom - képezik transz- vagy cisz-izomerek formájában vagy ezek keverékeként.
