Abstract

A találmány tárgya fémmagból (1), lágy elasztomerbevonatból (2) és kétszilárd csapból (3, 3') álló henger, valamint eljárás lágyelasztomerbevonat felhordására egy fémmagból, lágyelasztomerbevonatból és két szilárd csapból álló hengerre. A fémmag ésaz elasztomerbevonat (2) között szilárd, kúpos, a fémmaggal tartósanösszekötött kemény elasztomerréteg (4) és szilárd, kúpos, kevéssényújtható hordozóréteg (5) van, amely a lágy elasztomerréteggel (2)tartósan össze van kötve. A kemény elasztomerréteg (Q) és ahordozóréteg (5) között átáramló préslevegővel közbenső teret lehetelőállítani, amely lehetővé teszi a hordozórész oldalirányú eltolásáta kemény elasztomerrétegen.
