Abstract

本发明公开了一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,包括辊体,所述辊体包含有内层、凸块和外层,所述外层位于内层的表面,所述内层的表面开设有若干个凸块,所述内层包含有粘接层、强度层、主体层和防锈层,所述粘接层位于强度层的外表面,所述强度层位于主体层的外表面。本发明通过粘接层可将内层和外层粘接,凸块可对外层限位,避免外层滑动倾斜,抗撕裂层增加了外层的强度,避免外层撕裂损坏,强度层增加了辊体的强度,且化学性质稳定,耐高温能力强,避免辊体形变损坏,主体层保证了辊体的强度和硬度,防锈层防止主体层锈蚀,解决了现有的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊使用寿命较短,强度不高,易被撕裂的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶辊技术领域,具体为一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊。
背景技术
胶辊是以金属或其他材料为芯,外覆橡胶经硫化而制成的辊状制品,按用途可分为:造纸胶辊、印染胶辊、印刷胶辊、砻谷胶辊、冶金胶辊及油印胶辊等,聚氨酯胶辊用胶体具有足够的表面黏度,可保证胶辊在印刷过程中有良好的传墨及着墨性能,其良好的亲墨性能可保证高质量的印刷,但现有的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊使用寿命较短,强度不高,易被撕裂,为此,我们提出一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,具备使用寿命长的优点,解决了现有的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊使用寿命较短,强度不高,易被撕裂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,包括辊体,所述辊体包含有内层、凸块和外层,所述外层位于内层的表面,所述内层的表面开设有若干个凸块,所述内层包含有粘接层、强度层、主体层和防锈层。
优选的,所述粘接层位于强度层的外表面,所述强度层位于主体层的外表面,所述防锈层位于主体层的内表面。
优选的,所述内层的左右两侧均固定安装有辊轴,且辊轴为圆柱形结构。
优选的,所述外层的内腔设置有抗撕裂层,且抗撕裂层为金属丝网层。
优选的,所述粘接层为胶层,所述强度层为钨钴合金层,所述主体层为碳钢层,所述防锈层为锌制镀层。
优选的,所述外层的厚度为1cm-1.1cm,所述粘接层的厚度为0.1mm-0.15mm。
优选的,所述强度层的厚度为1.5mm-2mm,所述主体层的厚度为2.5mm-3mm,所述防锈层的厚度为30μm-35μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过粘接层可将内层和外层粘接,凸块可对外层限位,避免外层滑动倾斜,抗撕裂层增加了外层的强度,避免外层撕裂损坏,强度层增加了辊体的强度,且化学性质稳定,耐高温能力强,避免辊体形变损坏,主体层保证了辊体的强度和硬度,防锈层防止主体层锈蚀,解决了现有的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊使用寿命较短,强度不高,易被撕裂的问题。

本发明的辊体1、辊轴2、内层3、粘接层301、强度层302、主体层303、防锈层304、凸块4、外层5和抗撕裂层6部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。
请参阅图1-4,一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,包括辊体1,辊体1包含有内层3、凸块4和外层5,内层3的左右两侧均固定安装有辊轴2,且辊轴2为圆柱形结构,外层5的内腔设置有抗撕裂层6,且抗撕裂层6为金属丝网层,外层5位于内层3的表面,内层3的表面开设有若干个凸块4,内层3包含有粘接层301、强度层302、主体层303和防锈层304,粘接层301位于强度层302的外表面,强度层302位于主体层303的外表面,防锈层304位于主体层303的内表面,粘接层301为胶层,强度层302为钨钴合金层,主体层303为碳钢层,防锈层304为锌制镀层,外层5的厚度为1cm-1.1cm,粘接层301的厚度为0.1mm-0.15mm,强度层302的厚度为1.5mm-2mm,主体层303的厚度为2.5mm-3mm,防锈层304的厚度为30μm-35μm,通过粘接层301可将内层3和外层5粘接,凸块4可对外层5限位,避免外层5滑动倾斜,抗撕裂层6增加了外层5的强度,避免外层5撕裂损坏,强度层302增加了辊体1的强度,且化学性质稳定,耐高温能力强,避免辊体1形变损坏,主体层303保证了辊体1的强度和硬度,防锈层304防止主体层303锈蚀,解决了现有的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊使用寿命较短,强度不高,易被撕裂的问题。
使用时,通过粘接层301可将内层3和外层5粘接,凸块4可对外层5限位,避免外层5滑动倾斜,抗撕裂层6增加了外层5的强度,避免外层5撕裂损坏,强度层302增加了辊体1的强度,且化学性质稳定,耐高温能力强,避免辊体1形变损坏,主体层303保证了辊体1的强度和硬度,防锈层304防止主体层303锈蚀,解决了现有的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊使用寿命较短,强度不高,易被撕裂的问题。

Claims (7)

1.一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,包括辊体(1),其特征在于:所述辊体(1)包含有内层(3)、凸块(4)和外层(5),所述外层(5)位于内层(3)的表面,所述内层(3)的表面开设有若干个凸块(4),所述内层(3)包含有粘接层(301)、强度层(302)、主体层(303)和防锈层(304)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,其特征在于:所述粘接层(301)位于强度层(302)的外表面,所述强度层(302)位于主体层(303)的外表面,所述防锈层(304)位于主体层(303)的内表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,其特征在于:所述内层(3)的左右两侧均固定安装有辊轴(2),且辊轴(2)为圆柱形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,其特征在于:所述外层(5)的内腔设置有抗撕裂层(6),且抗撕裂层(6)为金属丝网层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,其特征在于:所述粘接层(301)为胶层,所述强度层(302)为钨钴合金层,所述主体层(303)为碳钢层,所述防锈层(304)为锌制镀层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,其特征在于:所述外层(5)的厚度为1cm-1.1cm,所述粘接层(301)的厚度为0.1mm-0.15mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的聚氨酯弹性体胶辊,其特征在于:所述强度层(302)的厚度为1.5mm-2mm,所述主体层(303)的厚度为2.5mm-3mm,所述防锈层(304)的厚度为30μm-35μm。
