Abstract

A találmány szőnyegre és szőnyegkészítési eljárásokra vonatkozik.Egyik jellemző vonása szerint a szőnyeg tartalmaz egy primerhátoldalt, amelynek elülső és hátsó felülete van, rostköteget, amely aprimer hátoldalhoz kapcsolódik, és a primer hátoldal elülső részérőlkiemelkedve a primer hátoldal hátsó oldalán helyezkedik el, egy tapadóhátoldalt, tetszőleges, szekunder hátoldalt, amely a tapadóhátoldallal szomszédos; és legalább egy, homogénen elágazóetilénpolimert tartalmaz. Az eljárás abban áll, hogy legalább egy,homogénen elágazó etilénpolimert extrúzió útján bevonatként visznekfel a primer hátoldal hátsó felszínére tapadó hátoldal kialakításacéljából. Az eljárás további lépéseket vagy folyamatokat tartalmazhat,amelyek külön-külön vagy változatos kombinációkban végezhetők. Ilyenkiegészítőlépések vagy -folyamatok például a primer hátoldal, vagy arostkötegek mosása vagy lekaparása az extrúziós lépés előtt; ilyenkiegészítés továbbá implóziós (felfúvató-) szerek alkalmazása is. Azelőnyös, homogénen elágazó etilénpolimer egy lényegében lineárisetilénpolimer.
