Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur schadlosen Entsorgung von toxischen Haertereialtsalzen im Schmelzfluss durch Kombination mehrerer Reaktionen mit hierfuer spezifischen Entgiftungsmitteln. Als Entgiftungsmittel werden Eisenverbindungen und Alkalisulfate eingesetzt. Die Entgiftung erfolgt durch Verschmelzen der Altsalze mit den Entgiftungsmitteln im Temperaturbereich zwischen 600 und 900C nach folgender Reaktionsgleichung:6 NaCN FeSO4 BaCO3 Na2SO4 BaCl2 7 1/2 O2 2 BaSO4 3 Na2CO3 2 NaCl 4 CO2 3 N2 FeODabei bildet sich ein problemlos deponiefaehiges Abprodukt. Das Verfahren wird im laufenden Haertereiprozess in den vorhandenen Salzbadanlagen unter Beachtung der in Haertereien geltenden gesetzlichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen durchgefuehrt.
