Abstract

The present invention provides a method for simply and economically realizing prevention of heavy metal from leach-out in a solidified modifying body as thoroughly as possible. A cement-based ground- modifying material is combined with heavy metals to form slightly soluble compounds. In the ground-modifyingbody, a mixing process is performed to add and mix an alkaline liquid type hardening agent for enhancing precipitation and fixation. Further, a mixing treatment process is performed to inject the liquid type hardening agent containing cement-based ground-modifying material into the ground and stir it by a stirring blade for constructing the modifying body. The liquid type hardening agent is a solution of 70% by weight or higher, contains sodium salt as the main component, exhibits alkalinity and has a content of chloride ion of 1-10% by weight and a content of sodium ion of 1-10% by weight.
